I am an Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering Department at G. H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur. Before joining as an Assistant Professor here, I had been pursuing PhD at the Civil Engineering Department of Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur (VNIT) (Thesis submitted and awaiting final examination). I had completed my Master's from National Institute of Technical Teachers' Training and Research, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
My research aims to understand the dynamics surrounding the management of stakeholders in mega construction projects and how can the stakeholder management process can be improved. .
